Digital Products

All products sold by Studio Piksels are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The file is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed

• The wrong file was delivered due to an error on our side

If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at
hello@einktemplate.com within a reasonable time after purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

No Refunds for Compatibility Issues

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device or software before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility issues, including but not limited to unsupported devices or software limitations.
