Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by Studio Piksels are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a digital product is defective, is not as described, or does not work with a device or software with which it was specifically advertised as compatible, we will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Exceptions

Refunds or other remedies may be available in cases including:

• The file is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed

• The wrong file was delivered due to an error on our side

• The product is materially different from its description or does not work with a device or software with which it was specifically advertised as compatible

If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at
hello@einktemplate.com within a reasonable time after purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

No Refunds for Compatibility Issues

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the compatibility information in the product listing before purchasing. We do not offer refunds where a product is purchased for an unsupported device or software version. This does not apply where the product was specifically advertised as compatible with the buyer’s device or software but does not function as described.

Digital products sold to consumers in the EEA are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU law.
